These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and wso138 ("we", "us", "the Platform") in connection with your access to and use of the wso138 website available at wso138.asia and all associated services, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and any promotional features offered from time to time.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Opening, operating or attempting to open multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion.

wso138 may accept deposits through a range of payment channels subject to availability, account verification status and applicable processing limits. Accepted channels may include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, BTC and USDT.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account balance within the timeframe stated at checkout. Processing delays caused by third-party providers are outside our control.
• wso138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, eWallet provider or cryptocurrency network may impose transaction costs independently.
• Cryptocurrency deposit values are subject to market volatility. wso138 is not liable for any difference in MYR equivalent value between the time of initiating and completing a crypto deposit.
• Deposits made by any method other than those currently listed on the Platform may not be credited and may require manual review or refund.

Promotional offers published by wso138, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, birthday rewards and referral programmes, are subject to the following general conditions. Specific promotions may carry additional terms stated on the relevant offer page.

Players may request withdrawal of their verified Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a first withdrawal is approved.
• Standard processing targets within the Platform are typically 24 to 72 business hours, subject to volume, verification status and payment provider schedules.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• wso138 may request additional verification documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals to eWallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet may involve different processing schedules than bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to verified on-chain addresses only. Incorrect addresses provided by the Player may result in permanent loss of funds for which wso138 accepts no liability.

Players must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive to the Platform or other users. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Providing false or misleading identity, age or payment information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, markets or the payment system without express written consent.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or scrape any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds through payment methods registered to a third party.
• Engaging in offensive, threatening or abusive communication with support agents or other users.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug or vulnerability in the Platform rather than reporting it in good faith.

wso138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, to withhold associated balances pending investigation, and to report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.

wso138 is required to verify the identity and payment ownership of players before processing withdrawals or releasing certain promotional rewards. KYC compliance helps protect players against identity theft and reduces the risk of fraud and financial crime on the Platform.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification — for Malaysian players, a MyKad, Malaysian driving licence or passport is accepted.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wso138 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, availability or freedom from error. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

wso138 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill or savings arising from use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, network outages or scheduled maintenance.
• Cryptocurrency value fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security or to report unauthorised access promptly.
• Consequences arising from a Player's non-compliance with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms limits wso138's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

wso138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time if we reasonably believe the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law or for fraudulent or abusive purposes. In such cases, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is substantiated.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after outstanding withdrawal requests and bonus obligations are resolved. Any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method where technically available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wso138's licensed operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact our support team in the first instance to attempt resolution through our internal complaints process.

wso138 will acknowledge formal written complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 28 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service at the player's request.

wso138 may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, registered Players may be notified by email. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
